Job summary

BiPlus is seeking a seasoned Centre of Excellence (CoE) Manager to lead a large-scale eCommerce Operations CoE for a major international client built on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris). The role is based permanently onsite at the client’s regional office in Singapore and reports into regional leadership, handling a 40+ member team across Technical Operations, Merchandising, and QA.

You will own engagement, drive governance, manage SLA performance, headcount, and compliance, and ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT delivery, with 3+ years on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) in lead roles.
• Deep Hybris data model knowledge (catalogs, products, prices, stock, orders).
• Experience with large-scale legacy systems and multi-system integration (ERP).

Responsibilities

• Lead a 40+ member CoE across Technical Ops, Merchandising, QA.
• Act as client SPOC and governance lead in regular meetings.
• Drive SLA, headcount, and compliance outcomes; manage incidents and escalations.
• Oversee service transition and knowledge management.
