Job summary

Ricksoft Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks a senior Project Manager to head a large-scale SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) CoE for a multi-market ecommerce client.

You will manage a 40+ person operations team based in Vietnam, with permanent on-site presence at the client’s regional office in Singapore, and act as the SPOC for regional leadership. You will own the engagement, performance, governance, and incident management, ensuring SLA adherence, cross-team coordination, and regular executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT delivery, with 3+ years in SAP Commerce Cloud Hybris.
• Strong Hybris data model, Backoffice, Impex, and promotion engine knowledge.
• Experience with large-scale legacy systems and multi-system integration (ERP).

Responsibilities

• Act as SPOC and escalation point for client on cross-pillar matters.
• Be accountable for SLA, headcount, and compliance across Tech, Merchandising, QA.
• Lead the leaders—align priorities with the Tech Lead, Merchandising Lead, and QA Lead.
• Drive governance—represent Ricksoft in governance meetings with senior client stakeholders.
