CHIA HOE MECHANICAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior CNC Programmer with 10+ years of experience in CNC programming and precision manufacturing.
The role focuses on developing and optimizing CNC programs for complex aerospace and precision components, using Mastercam and CAD/CAM tools. The ideal candidate will interpret drawings and GD&T, select tooling and cutting parameters, and collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to drive continuous process improvements and
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years CNC programming, precision machining or related experience.
- Aerospace or Precision Engineering experience preferred.
- Strong ability to interpret drawings and GD&T.
- Proficient in Mastercam; AutoCAD; CAD/CAM software.
- Experience developing and optimizing CNC programs for complex parts.
- Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex, precision components.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to drive improvements.
- Select tooling, cutting parameters, and CNC machine operations to meet quality requirements.
- Troubleshoot and improve machining processes.
