Job summary

A&D ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced CNC Programmer Manager to lead programming and machining operations. You will develop efficient CNC programs, optimize processes, and manage the programming team to ensure quality and timely production.

The role requires strong CNC programming, tooling and machining knowledge, 3D drawing development, and the ability to work under pressure on urgent jobs. Diploma/degree in mechanical engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years CNC programming experience in precision machining.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Able to contruct and develop 3D drawing.
• Willing to work for long hours and under high pressure for urgent jobs.
• Able to work independently and manage ,ultiple projects and priorities.
• Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevent CNC programming experience, preferable in precision machining.
• Salary range depends on experience and skill set from $6000-$7000.
