Job summary

RIGID TECHNOLOGIES CO.,LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced CAM programmer to develop offline CNC programs for milling and turning using Mastercam. You will lead toolpath optimization, fixture design, and production planning to meet tight tolerances.

You will mentor shop-floor staff, troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues, and collaborate across teams to sustain ISO quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mastercam and offline CNC programming for milling/turning.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T symbols and high-precision inspection.
• Experience in production planning and lean manufacturing.
• Ability to mentor shop-floor machinists and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Programming & Production Planning using Mastercam.
• Develop offline CNC programs for Milling/Turning on multiple controls.
• Optimize toolpaths and select tooling to boost productivity.
• Provide training, coaching, and continuous improvement.
• Support capital projects and drive Lean/ISO quality initiatives.
