Job summary

ASIA ENGINEERING & OUTSOURCING PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled CNC operator to program, set up, and run machines using Hurco, Fanuc, and Mazak controls to produce precision parts.

The successful candidate will apply threading knowledge, interpret material specs such as AISI4140, 4340, INCONEL 625, 718, and Brass, and focus on tool life optimization, cycle-time reductions, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Threading types knowledge including metric, inches, ACME, Buttress.
• ISO standards and quality control procedures are important.
• Knowledge of process and production planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate Hurco, Fanuc, and Mazak machines to meet production targets.
• Apply threading knowledge to produce accurate components.
• Use ISO standards and QC procedures to maintain quality.
• Plan and execute production activities to optimize workflow.
• Interpret material specs such as AISI4140, 4340, INCONEL 625, 718, Brass, Bronze.
• Monitor machining time to increase tool life and reduce wear.
• Implement cost reductions and cycle-time improvements.
• Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating production schedules; adapt to long hours/shifts.
