CHIA HOE MECHANICAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior CNC Programmer with 10+ years of experience in CNC programming and precision manufacturing.

The role focuses on developing and optimizing CNC programs for complex aerospace and precision components, using Mastercam and CAD/CAM tools. The ideal candidate will interpret drawings and GD&T, select tooling and cutting parameters, and collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to drive continuous process improvements and

Formación

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years CNC programming, precision machining or related experience.
• Aerospace or Precision Engineering experience preferred.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings and GD&T.
• Proficient in Mastercam; AutoCAD; CAD/CAM software.
• Experience developing and optimizing CNC programs for complex parts.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality.

Responsabilidades

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in CNC programming, precision machining, manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Relevant experience in the Aerospace and/or Precision Engineering industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in CNC machining and programming .
• Proficient in Mastercam .
• Proficient in AutoCAD and CAD/CAM software .
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T.
• Good understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, tooling selection, cutting parameters, and CNC machine operations.
• Experience in developing and optimizing CNC programs for complex and precision components.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality requirements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to producing high-quality work.
• Experience working in an aerospace manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
