Job summary

Micron Singapore's NAND Process Development (PD) team seeks a motivated engineer to help advance 3D NAND CMP technologies. You will coordinate with global teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to design, optimize, and transition CMP processes from research into high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of CMP processes for advanced 3D NAND technologies.
Characterize, optimize, and qualify CMP processes for future memory nodes.
Collaborate with international teams and suppliers to meet tech and integration needs.
Transfer new processes into manufacturing and drive yield, quality, cost improvements.
Troubleshoot process and manufacturing issues and develop effective solutions.
Build and execute experiments (DOE) to improve process capability and manufacturability.
Evaluate new consumables, hardware, and process technologies for future applications.
Drive process simplification, control, and monitoring strategies.
Contribute to patents, papers, and new tech development.
Ensure compliance with Micron IP policies and collaborate with global teams.
Apply AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, with human review and accountability.
