Job summary

Searce is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex cloud and data projects for enterprise customers globally. You will work with Sales, Cloud vendors, Cloud Engineering, Data engineering and business teams to align programs and execute strategic initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years of related experience, strong English communication, and proven leadership in Agile environments. You will guide project delivery in a fast-paced setting while upholding quality and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or related field.
8+ years of directly related work experience with 5+ years in technical project management.
Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
Expertise in technical project management and related methodologies.
Proven leadership in adopting technologies and best practices; Agile experience required.
Technical understanding of complex, large-scale cloud and data migration projects.
Experience evaluating business requirements and building delivery processes.
Working knowledge of AWS and GCP.
ITIL V3 Foundation and PMP Certification (Not Mandatory).

Procurement and logistics experience with strong attention to detail.
Ensure availability, performance, security, compliance and cost goals in cloud service delivery.
Operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining high quality.
Prioritize projects and develop schedules.
Develop, maintain and scale Technical Project Management capability within Cloud.
End-to-end management of cloud and data projects for enterprise customers globally.
Collaborate with Sales, Cloud vendors, Cloud Engineering, Data engineering and business teams to align programs.
Assist engineering and data teams; assess risks and set strategy with stakeholders.
Coordinate with stakeholders on process issues to improve organizational effectiveness.
Scope requirements with project and program stakeholders; manage cross-team dependencies.
Work with tech leads to achieve GCP Specializations and AWS competencies for multi-cloud partnership.
