APAC Cloud Transformation Project Manager

Job summary

We+ seeks a highly analytical Technical Project Manager to guide cloud adoption initiatives across 10+ APAC countries, translating global cloud direction into regional, cost-conscious plans.

The role combines technical depth in Infrastructure with structured problem solving, executive-level communication, and cross-functional collaboration with regional leadership and DevSecOps teams to deliver scalable cloud roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience; 5+ years in Technical Project Delivery with Cloud exposure.
• Experience in infrastructure, cloud transformation, platform engineering, or enterprise architecture.
• Ability to engage with architects and engineers and translate discussions into business decisions.
• Experience across multiple countries and distributed governance models.
• Experience presenting to senior management and steering committees.
• Knowledge of banking regulatory frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cloud Strategy Translation & Solution Structuring: translate central strategy into regional models and define block patterns.
• Budget-Conscious Transformation Planning: align plans with budgets and model ROI using Excel.
• Technical Project Delivery: coordinate workstreams, track dependencies, and manage risks across APAC.
• Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication: prepare senior-management presentations and progress updates.
