Job summary

Reolink is seeking a Senior / Lead Site Reliability Engineer to ensure high availability and stability of our application systems. You will manage monitoring, on-call duties, and performance optimization, while ensuring compliance with data protection laws and audit requirements.

The role also focuses on change and release management, automation, and documentation to support scalable operations. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cloud services and operations, experience leading a small team, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
5+ years experience in cloud services and operations.
Experience leading a small team is preferable.
Familiar with cloud deployment and management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience with automation operations and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Responsibilities

Maintain high availability and stability of application systems, including monitoring, alerts, on-call duties, and performance optimization.
Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection laws; provide auditing materials as required.
Apply change and release management best practices, including version control and rollback strategies during release windows.
Drive operational automation and infrastructure optimization to support scalability.
Provide feedback on architecture design and produce operational documentation.
