Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking an IT Project Manager for a permanent role with SI background, focusing on networking, cloud, and security systems.

The role is based in Pasir Panjang, Singapore, and requires hands-on delivery from initiation to closure of mid-to-large ICT projects. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of IT project management experience, a relevant degree, and strong communication, planning, and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years in IT Project Management (mid to large ICT projects).
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud and security systems.
• Preferably have System Integrator (SI) background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and time management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the start-to-finish delivery of projects.
• Ensure high quality delivery within budget and schedule according to users' requirements.
• Actively plan and manage project scope, schedules and resources.
• Monitor resource utilization to facilitate planning and scheduling.
• Lead diverse teams of stakeholders (internal and external).
• Identify, assess and manage project risks and mitigation actions.
• Manage scope creep, changes in users' requirements and schedule slippage.
• Ensure timely submission of project reports.
• Work with clients to close contractual milestones for billing.
