Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks an Infrastructure Delivery Head to lead hybrid cloud infrastructure delivery for internal customers. You will plan, manage and report on infrastructure projects, coordinating with IT and project teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions while optimizing costs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in infrastructure, service delivery and banking domain, strong leadership, vendor management, and budgeting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science / IT is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure, Service delivery and project management in banking or similar.
• Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, business applications and security management framework.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects and a strong track record of successful projects delivery.
• Experience in Financial managed CAPEX, OPEX and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, review and monitor cost, schedule and project timeline related to infrastructure services.
• Drive technology teams to deliver Infrastructure products and services to clients.
• Define, structure, plan, manage and report on infrastructure projects.
• Liaise with Project Steering Board and Project Working Group on reporting and delivery.
• Manage risks and issues, escalating to minimize project risks.
• Manage vendors to ensure SLA obligations are met.
• Ensure all projects comply with IT policies and audit requirements.
• Optimize financials through consolidation and bulk purchase.
