CELECTI PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Clinic Executive/Assistant Clinic Operations Manager for a leading healthcare organisation in Singapore. The position is based in Yishun and focuses on overseeing clinic operations, staff deployment, and service delivery to ensure smooth day-to-day patient care.

The role requires a minimum degree and 1–2 years of healthcare experience, with a 5.5-day work week (including half-day Saturdays). Strong interpersonal and operational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant clinic/healthcare experience.
• Commit to a 5.5 day work week, including half-day Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth functioning and operation of the clinics.
• Oversee clinic appointments, staff deployment and resource allocation.
• Ensure guidelines and procedures related to clinic services are adhered to by all personnel.
• Handle public relations at first line and assist staff in difficult situations.
• Maintain discipline in compliance with policies.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly reports and accuracy of clinical indicators.
