Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with clinic staff, patients, and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Administrative work relating to providing patients with medical services.
• Communication with patients and relatives as regards their medical condition.
• Dealing with payments/insurance claims with regard to medical services rendered to patients.
• Administrative work relating to medisave / private integrated plans submissions.
• Communication with insurance company representative, clinic staff, accountants, patients and relatives with regards to claims.
• Preparing cheque refunds for patients; and
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Working Days:5.5 Days Work Week
Working Hours:Monday - Friday | 8.30am to 5pm, Saturday | 8.30am - 1pm
Location: Siglap
