Job summary

CARE AND CURE MEDICAL CLINIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Full-Time Clinic Assistant to join our family medical clinic. The role covers patient registration, dispensing, claims submission and stock management.

You should have at least 1 year in a GP clinic, familiarity with SGiMED, and good English; Mandarin skills are a plus. You will work rostered evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and support doctors and general clinic operations.

Qualifications

• GCE N-Level / O-Level, NITEC in Nursing or Higher NITEC
• Minimum 1 year of GP clinic experience in Singapore
• Experience with SGiMED preferred
• Familiar with claims submission (government, corporate, private) and able to submit independently
• Familiar with emergency drugs and e-kits, including routine checks

Job description

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and service-oriented Full-Time Clinic Assistant to join our family medical clinic.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level / O-Level, NITEC in Nursing or Higher NITEC
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a GP clinic in Singapore
• Experience with SGiMED is preferred
• Familiar with the Government and private healthcare/panel claims and able to submit claims independently
• Familiar with emergency drugs and emergency kits (e-kits) , including routine checking and maintenance
• Able to perform medication and consumable stock-taking
• Able to receive and enter stocks accurately into SGiMED
• Familiar with medication dispensing and general GP clinic operations.
• Able to handle difficult or demanding patients calmly, tactfully and professionally
• Basic IT proficiency
• Good command of spoken English
• Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients is an added advantage
• Good learning attitude and strong service mindset are essential
• Must be passionate about healthcare and patient care
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently
• Must be able and willing to work rostered evening shifts, specially during the weekends and Public Holidays
• Singapore Citizens / PRs preferred
