Job summary

Medallia Singapore is seeking a Client Services, Senior Consultant to design and deliver Experience Management solutions for our clients. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, configure the Medallia platform, and support QA, UAT, and launch activities with customers to ensure successful outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, demonstrate strong problem solving, and apply your knowledge of web technologies and integrations to drive value for retailers,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience successfully managing and retaining clients while leveraging software.

Responsibilities

• Collect customer requirements and create technical specifications.
• Configure the Medallia platform to meet customer requirements.
• Support QA, client UAT, and launch processes.
• Provide support in client meetings by leveraging in-depth knowledge of Medallia’s platform capabilities.
• Partner with client teams to resolve technical issues/inquiries.
