Job summary

Mastercard Singapore is seeking a Managing Consultant for Solution Consulting & Digital Deployment to drive end-to-end complex digital engagements. You will align business priorities with technical delivery, guiding senior stakeholders and ensuring commercially sound, deployable solutions.

The role spans opportunity shaping, technical leadership, governance and continuous improvement across regional teams, focused on delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering or related discipline; or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in solution consulting, technology consulting, solution architecture or digital deployment; independently leading complex client engagements.
• Ability to lead discovery, clarify needs and translate objectives into practical solution approaches.
• Knowledge of digital platforms, APIs, cloud and integration patterns, security and operational readiness.
• Experience developing client proposals, estimates, resource plans and statements of work with commercial awareness.
• Proven credibility with senior stakeholders and ability to communicate complex choices in business terms.
• Experience coordinating multiple opportunities or deployments with disciplined prioritization.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams and coaching of less-experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities and shape deployment approaches; develop executive proposals and statements of work.
• Lead discovery with client business and technology stakeholders; define objectives, constraints and decision criteria.
• Define end-to-end solution and deployment blueprint, scope, timeline and risks; ensure alignment with Mastercard products.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders; explain trade-offs in business terms; ensure deployment readiness.
• Maintain governance of engagement portfolio; provide executive reporting on pipeline health and delivery confidence.
• Improve operating model for intake, estimation, solution review and handover; drive reusable assets.
