Bright Data Ltd. is seeking a Solutions Architect to be the technical backbone of our most strategic customer relationships.

This high-impact, full-stack role spans the entire lifecycle, from architecting the initial technical win in Pre-sales to ensuring long-term value and partnering with sales on expansion opportunities. You are a strategic partner who bridges web data challenges and business outcomes, collaborating with Sales, Product and R&D to scale customers' data-collection

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Senior technical client-facing role (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant) within the SaaS, Cloud, or Data space.
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js, and a deep understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS, HTTP protocols, and networking).
• Hands-on experience with modern headless browsing frameworks like Puppeteer, Playwright, or Selenium.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Pre-Sales: Qualify opportunities, lead technical discovery, and build sophisticated POCs demonstrating value.
• Architecture & Implementation: Lead technical implementations and ensure seamless integration.
• Retention & Expansion: Conduct regular technical reviews to identify optimization opportunities and promote advanced adoption.
• Voice of the Customer: Translate field requirements into product features and coordinate delivery.
• Technical Evangelism: Lead workshops and document gold-standard use cases.
