Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Manager, Client Services - Global Asset Management in Singapore to lead the servicing of our institutional clients, ensuring queries are resolved end-to-end and expectations met. You will coordinate quarterly review calls, prepare agendas and materials, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate reporting and timely updates.

The role requires strong onboarding, KYC/AML, and governance knowledge, plus proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of client servicing experience in Asset Management.
• Strong onboarding, KYC/AML, client reporting and governance controls knowledge.
• Experience coordinating RFP/RFI/DDQ responses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary servicing contact for assigned institutional clients, managing client queries and requests end-to-end.
• Provide proactive updates, manage issues through to resolution and escape risks appropriately.
• Prepare for and attend/host quarterly review calls (QBRs): agenda, materials, minutes and follow-ups.
