• 5+ years experience in a frontline banking role with a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering business results.
• Solid knowledge of banking products including Credit and Lending, Global Trade Solutions (GTS), Global Payments Solutions (GPS), Markets & Securities Services (MSS).
• Strong analytical and credit assessment skills for complex, international facilities; ability to prepare quality credit packages and secure approvals.
• Dynamic, forward-thinking mindset with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer value from a portfolio of international relationships and identify alignment opportunities with other product groups.
• Formulate and implement relationship management strategy to maintain and deepen customer loyalty.
• Grow inbound revenue for the portfolio through new-to-bank acquisition and product penetration.
• Drive corridor engagement with key stakeholders.
• Identify business leads from existing and new customers and contribute to growth.
• Be an ambassador for HSBC and enhance the bank’s profile in the local community, focusing on international business.
• Ensure enhanced vetting and compliance standards are met as part of recruitment process.
• Collaborate with credit officers to develop quality credit proposals and secure approvals.
• Monitor credit risks and take timely actions to protect the bank.
