Job summary

HSBC Singapore is seeking an Associate Director, Account Management - Securities Services to lead client relationships with Asset Owners & Managers. You will shape an industry-leading account management proposition, oversee a reference-able client base, and drive profitability across SSV products.

You will collaborate with Client Executives, Sales Directors, Operations, and Product across jurisdictions, harness data and technology, and ensure compliant governance while delivering exceptional

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in client management or senior operational leadership
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to lead executive meetings
• Track record of managing Securities Services client relationships across products
• Understanding of commercial drivers and contribution to AOP

Responsibilities

• Client retention – work in tandem with product management, service delivery and client management to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and a reference-able client base
• Create and maintain detailed client plans that support wider growth strategies and ExCo planning
• Ensure proactive management of issues across all products and jurisdictions by directing the resources in each service component or jurisdiction
• Sponsor service improvement opportunities and prioritise change management agendas across the business
• Establish an agreed governance framework and meeting schedules to deliver strong senior client engagement and maintain full compliance with internal controls
