Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Singapore seeks a Client Service Executive to support Relationship Managers and Investment Managers in daily client servicing, transaction processing and problem resolution. The role sits in a centralized team under local management, with a focus on high net-worth clients and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in client service within private banking or wealth management, strong English communication, and relevant licenses.

Qualifications

7+ years of Client Service Exec or Assistant RM experience for AVP level.
Experience from Private Banking or Wealth Management is a must.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Relevant local licenses such as CACS Paper 1 and 2 are required.
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

Support Private Banker to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients to achieve retention.
Manage meetings and arrangements related to client meetings and desk operations.
Maintain client relationships and understand client requirements for daily maintenance.
Initiate client instructions, monitor funds for payments, and process loan disbursements.
Escalate issues to Management promptly and adhere to regulatory confidentiality rules.
Develop understanding of cross-border and data protection rules as applicable to private banking.
