HSBC Global Private Banking seeks a Client Service Executive in Singapore to deliver top-tier client service to high net worth clients. You will handle enquiries, explain operations, and log instructions while ensuring strict KYC compliance and data accuracy.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a client-focused mindset. You will collaborate with offshore offices, support transactions, and maintain solid internal and external relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in private banking as a client service executive or similar background in client servicing.
• Credit skills and experience, focusing on High Net Worth Individuals or Business Banking.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to client enquiries and requests with the highest standard of service.
• Explain operational matters to clients and help them understand and comply with requirements.
• Address client feedback and complaints promptly and appropriately.
• Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and ensure compliance with HSBC procedures.
• Provide support to Offshore Representative Offices; receive and log transaction instructions and respond to inquiries.
• Build and maintain productive relationships internally and externally.
• Ensure data input is timely and accurate, in the correct format.
• Adhere to selling processes and sales quality standards; meet group guidelines.
• Ensure credit applications meet deadlines.
