Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Corporate Development to drive end-to-end execution of strategic transactions and projects supporting the group’s growth strategy. You will combine strategic analysis with financial acumen to advance acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and investments across the portfolio, interfacing with regional and global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• Proven experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, strategy, or related deal-focused environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate strategic opportunities and advise senior internal stakeholders.
• Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Deep understanding of sell-side and buy-side M&A processes, deal structures, due diligence, valuation methodologies, and transaction execution.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio optimisation initiatives, including performance assessments, divestiture evaluations, and value creation tracking.
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives by analysing market trends and whitespace opportunities; support inorganic growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Group Functions and Global M&A teams to support all phases of the M&A lifecycle including screening, due diligence, negotiation and integration.
• Manage the deal pipeline, liaise with markets, maintain Regional pipeline control schedules, and report to the Dentsu Group M&A team.
• Lead the transaction process from initial lead to post-completion integration for smaller buy-side and sell-side engagements.
• Develop deal structures to maximise returns and mitigate risks while meeting Dentsu hurdle requirements.
• Prepare and review financial investment models, due-diligence reports, acquisition proposals, and transaction documentation.
• Review LOIs, SPAs, and legal documents to ensure accurate representation and mitigated risks.
• Oversee post-acquisition reporting, including 3-month integration checklists and 12-month performance reviews.
