MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Fund Accounting Manager (Real Estate) to support the full life cycle of real estate fund accounting in Singapore.

The role oversees financial reporting, cash management, treasury operations, and capital transaction execution for complex fund and SPV structures. The successful candidate will prepare SPV reports and investor statements, manage capital calls and distributions, and oversee treasury activities while coordinating with clients, auditors

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 4 years of experience in real estate fund accounting.
• Familiar with Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare SPV reports, quarterly investor statements, and complex multi-entity consolidations using Yardi.
• Capital Transactions: Oversee capital calls, distributions, carried interest calculations, performance returns, and funds flow schedules.
• Treasury & Cash Management: Manage accounts payable, disbursements, and ongoing bank reconciliations.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary operational contact for clients, auditors, tax advisors, and corporate secretaries.
