Job summary

Citco Fund Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd. seeks a senior Transformation Office professional to lead cross-functional client transformation initiatives within real assets and fund services.

You will work with industry experts to deliver efficient solutions that meet client needs and business demands. Role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with 7–10 years in real assets and financial services.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of real assets industry experience.
• Client facing experience in financial services essential.
• Strong knowledge of real assets (real estate, infrastructure, natural capital and real estate debt) and private equity fund structures, fund types, and asset operations.
• Familiarity with investment accounting rules and standards and regulatory reporting beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal business teams to assess requirements and design target operating models and technology solutions.
• Support transformation initiatives to drive process optimization and platform enhancement.
• Design and implement strategic client transformation engagements with the client and Citco business.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize key transformation areas.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
