Qualifications

• Hold accounting professional qualifications or a recognised Diploma/Professional Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
• Exhibit attention to detail and task orientation to ensure accuracy in accounting processes.
• Possess knowledge of accounting regulations, procedures, and accounting software to perform core duties effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts for clients on monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis to ensure accurate financial records.
• Analyze financial data and explain financial progress to clients to support informed decision-making.
• Monitor clients’ financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
• Assist clients in preparing monthly financial reports and submissions to meet regulatory deadlines.
• Perform general accounting tasks including bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and filing of returns to maintain compliance.
• Execute month-end and year-end closing processes to finalize client accounts accurately and timely.
