Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients - design and implement efficient workflows & processes before delegating to associates
• Manage and supervise associates to handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AR, AP processing and payroll
• Understand and communicate with client effectively
• Review accounts done by junior associates
• Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients for month-end and year-end closing
• Advising clients on matters relating to finance operation, accounting system, accounting treatment and reporting when necessary
• Handle GST submission
• Handle payroll and CPF submission
• Prepare tax computation
• Management of Corp Pass Account with client as required
• Liaison with government authorities as necessary
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory acts and deadlines
• Provide assistance to other members of the team as required
