Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounting experience, a strong supervisory background, and proficiency in Xero or QuickBooks. Singapore-based office with client services across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS, GST regulations, and corporate compliance.
• Experience in managing full sets of accounts and preparing financial statements for multiple clients.
• Proficient in Xero and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients across industries, ensuring timely delivery of accounting services.
• Oversee preparation and review of full sets of accounts, management reports, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with SFRS, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff with guidance and performance management.
• Review GST submissions and financial reports prepared by the team.
• Coordinate year-end audits and monitor project timelines and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Support business development by building client relationships.
