TRIDENT CORPORATE SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LIMITED is seeking a meticulous bookkeeper/accountant to manage full set financial records for client entities in Singapore and offshore entities, ensuring timely closing and accuracy.

The role covers preparing financial statements, liaising with administrators, auditors and tax agents to meet statutory deadlines, and complying with FRS 109/107, Form C-S, and related requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in full set bookkeeping and preparation of Financial statements.
• Familiar with investment holding companies, family offices, and related financial instruments.
• Experience with Form C-S is advantageous.
• Willingness to progress toward a professional qualification; or qualified by experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely financial records for client entities in consultation with the administrator.
• Prepare financial statements and working papers.
• Liaise with administrators, auditors, and tax agents to meet filing deadlines.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• For Offshore entities: perform full set bookkeeping including reconciliations and postings.
• Revalue year-end balances and post fair value adjustments for investments.
• Prepare XBRL financial statements and reconciliation with bank statements.
• For Singapore companies: monthly bank and securities reconciliations; prepare Form C-S & tax computations.
