You will coach and review onshore/offshore teams, set deliverables timelines, and ensure timely, accurate service delivery across bookkeeping, GST, corporate tax and payroll functions. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of client accounting experience in business services or corporate advisory.
• Knowledge of SFRS, ACRA, MOM and CPF regulations is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel, Navision and Xero is required.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior leadership to ensure timely and accurate accounting deliverables.
• Supervise and review onshore/offshore team members to meet service standards.
• Oversee bookkeeping, GST, corporate tax and payroll functions for clients.
• Onboard new clients and liaise with auditors and tax agents as needed.
• Drive process improvements through software and workflow enhancements.
