Job summary

Ocorian Singapore Trust Company Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced leader to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver comprehensive accounting, tax, payroll and advisory services.

You will mentor a team, build strong client relationships and drive growth, efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment. The role requires in-depth knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, tax and regulatory requirements, with a focus on client service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or a professional qualification such as ACCA.
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in Accounting, Outsourcing, Client Accounting or Professional Services, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), CPF, Corporate Income Tax, GST and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of accounting, payroll, tax, and statutory reporting services.
• Review financial statements and tax filings, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Lead year-end audit coordination with auditors and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop team members to improve performance and service quality.
• Drive process improvements and leverage technology for efficiency.
