Job summary

Ocorian Singapore Trust Company Pte. Ltd. is seeking an accounting professional to deliver client accounting, GST, and payroll services. You will produce management accounts and statutory financial statements while supporting onboarding and client relations.

The role involves collaboration with audit teams, ensuring accurate, timely filings, and contributing to process improvements within a hybrid work environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Working towards ACCA or ISCA is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of client accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS, ACRA, MOM, CPF and tax regs.
• Proficient with Excel and accounting software (Xero/Navision/QuickBooks).

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver accounting, payroll, GST, corporate tax and XBRL compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and financial statements.
• Assist onboarding of new clients with transfer of records.
• Build relationships with clients, auditors and stakeholders.
• Assist with audit processes and liaise with auditors.
• Collaborate with senior team to support targets and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Support ad hoc assignments and projects.
