Accountant – Client Accounting & Corporate Services

Job summary

Ocorian in Singapore delivers high-quality accounting services across a diverse client base, including GST and corporate tax and payroll. You will own client deliverables, build strong relationships, and contribute to continuous process improvements within the team.

You will work closely with senior staff to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in line with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years' experience in client accounting or similar role, ideally in business services, corporate services or advisory sector.
• Good understanding of SFRS, ACRA, MOM, CPF and relevant tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver accounting, payroll, GST, corporate tax and XBRL compliance requirements with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and financial statements per SFRS and applicable frameworks.
• Support onboarding of new clients by coordinating transfer of accounting, tax, GST and payroll records.
• Build strong client relationships and respond to queries in a professional manner.
• Assist with audit processes by preparing documentation and liaising with auditors.
