Job summary

Ocorian is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Client Accounting in Singapore. You will oversee a portfolio of clients, deliver accounting, tax, payroll and advisory services, and lead a collaborative team to ensure high-quality output.

You will mentor staff, manage audits, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong client relationships and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• ACCA or CA preferred for seniority.
• Minimum 8 years in accounting/professional services, with 3+ in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and taxes.

Responsibilities

• Manage client portfolios and ensure timely accounting deliverables.
• Review financial statements, tax filings, GST submissions; ensure compliance.
• Lead client relationships as trusted advisor for accounting and tax.
• Coordinate year-end audits with auditors and authorities.
• Support business development and onboarding of new clients.
• Mentor and develop team members to drive performance.
• Oversee workloads, resources, and deadlines; maintain service standards.
• Provide guidance on Singapore standards, payroll, tax and regulatory matters.
• Drive process improvements and leverage technology for efficiency.
• Support risk management, KYC, governance and policy adherence.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives in Client Accounting.
