Job summary

ADDX seeks a Client Account Manager to lead relationships with accredited investors and support strategic partnerships. You will work with the Head of Consumer Group to scale a diverse client portfolio and deliver bespoke solutions while addressing top-tier investor needs.

The role requires a mix of sales acumen, market insight, and regulatory awareness, with a focus on client success and platform enhancement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and experience in client accounts or relationship management.
3-4 years’ experience in client account management, relationship management or investment advisory.
Fintech or digital solutions experience is a plus.
Network of mass affluent and high net-worth individuals is advantageous.
Knowledge of investment products across traditional and alternative spaces.
Understanding client execution processes across product classes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Regulatory compliance awareness and ability to manage risk.
Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

Acquire quality accredited investors aligned with ADDX's proposition.
Build and maintain relationships with top decile clients as the primary contact.
Identify opportunities from client feedback to drive partnerships and product improvements.
Provide prompt client support and resolve inquiries or escalations.
Understand market trends and competitive dynamics to spot opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product and operations to align client needs.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations in client activities.
Attend training on products and services to improve knowledge.
