Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Claims Specialist to manage end-to-end claims processes, ensure compliance, and report on performance. You will analyze data, update reserves, negotiate settlements, and support onboarding and peak-period coverage.

Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years in insurance or reinsurance, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication across teams. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and independent work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience within the insurance or reinsurance industry.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and data analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claims management from initiation to resolution with compliance and timely reporting.
• Conduct quality control on claims data and rectify drafting errors.
• Analyze data, update reserves, and assist in negotiation and settlements.
• Track renewals and new contracts, validate terms and accounting arrangements.
• Process premiums and adjustments; liaise with outsourced partners.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely reports.
• Support onboarding of new hires and assist during peak periods.
• Engage in process improvement and knowledge sharing to enhance service.
• Monitor performance against budget and ensure compliance and audits.
