Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a results-driven Claims Recovery Coordinator based in Raffles Place. You will coordinate and recover insurance claims by engaging with policyholders and pursuing third parties to meet recovery targets.

The role emphasizes strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills, with a 9am–6pm schedule Mon–Fri and a salary range of SGD 2,700–3,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, insurance qualifications or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of insurance claims recovery or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation abilities required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Team player as well as capable of individual performance.
• Knowledge of life insurance policy coverage, statutes, regulations and subrogation processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and recover claims by pursuing the responsible third party.
• Engage with policyholders daily to gather information and assist claim submission.
• Persuade policyholders to proceed with the claim recovery process.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are followed for outbound and inbound calls.
• Document calls activities and outcomes with proper tracking.
• Mitigate business and regulatory compliance risks and share best practices.
• Assist supervisor with ad-hoc assignments and projects.
