Job summary

Bureau Veritas Singapore Pte Ltd invites applications for a senior Project Manager/Engineer to lead and coordinate Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Electrical, or QA/QC activities on major building and infrastructure projects.

You will review technical docs, manage risks, and drive multi-disciplinary coordination with consultants, contractors, and clients. Proficiency with BIM, EDMS, and Primavera P6 is desired, along with strong communication and PM skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline recognized by the PE Board (Singapore).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in large-scale building and infrastructure construction.
• Experience in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, M&E, or QA/QC disciplines.
• Completed at least two projects from construction through handover stages.
• Strong PM and engineering coordination capabilities.
• Experience with reinforced concrete, precast, structural steelwork, and composite design.
• Able to interpret drawings, specs, and project requirements clearly.
• Familiar with BIM, EDMS (Bentley ProjectWise preferred), and CDE/Primavera P6.
• Analytical, risk-aware, and able to propose solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Electrical, or QA/QC activities throughout project execution.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and engineering coordination to meet objectives.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, submissions, RFIs, RFAs, and related docs.
• Monitor construction progress and identify technical, quality, and coordination risks.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, clients, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide technical support in reinforced concrete, precast, structural steelwork, and composite construction.
• Analyse project information from CDE, EDMS, and Primavera P6 to identify risks and opportunities.
• Review BIM models and digital project data for coordination and constructability.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, quality standards, safety, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, progress updates, and dashboards.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide technical recommendations.
• Support QA/QC activities to ensure project requirements are met.
