Job summary

A leading international engineering consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced C&S Associate to lead the delivery of complex building projects and provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

You will oversee project delivery, develop client relationships, support tender submissions, conduct design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and ensure scheduling and project controls are robust.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in an engineering consultancy.
• Strong technical background in structural and civil engineering design.
• Proven project management and team leadership experience.
• Delivery and design management of major building projects (residential, commercial, institutional, high-rise, educational).
• Exposure to precast concrete, prestressed concrete, steel structures, PPVC, and modular construction beneficial.

• Lead and oversee project delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders.
• Support tender submissions and business development activities.
• Provide technical guidance and engineering solutions for complex challenges.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers.
• Manage project coordination, design management, scheduling, and project controls.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
