Job summary

Exyte Singapore seeks a senior Civil/Structural engineer to lead design and construction management for industrial facilities. You will assist in concrete and steel design, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure on-time, on-budget, quality project delivery.

The role requires a decade of design/construction experience, including precast/long-span systems, roof truss exposure, and liaison with consultants and contractors for robust, safe structures.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of design and construction experience.
• Industrial buildings experience with precast and long span.
• Roof trusses experience.
• Site experience on piling works, sub-structure and super structure for reinforced concrete, steel and precast structures.
• Experience liaising with consultants and contractors.
• Experience checking shop drawings for precast and steel structures; able to provide details for CAD team.
• Element design based on codal requirements.
• Knowledge of structural design software STAAD-Pro, Prokon, Orion.

Job Requirements:

• Design and Construction experience preferably in industrial buildings with Precast and Long span
• roof trusses experiences
• Site experience on piling works, Sub-structure and Super structure works for reinforce concrete, Steel structures and Precast structures
• Experience working closely with Process, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines and Quantity surveyor
• Experience of liaise with consultants and contractors
• Experience with checking of shop drawings for Precast and steel structures and able to do detailed Design and work in a team and able to provide details for computer aided design team
• Element design based on codal requirements
• Knowledge of Structural design software STAAD-Pro, Prokon, Orion and etc (if any)
