Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a facilities and project manager to oversee maintenance of buildings and M&E systems, lead A&A works, and ensure reliability and efficiency of critical infrastructure.

You will formulate SOPs, review tender specifications, manage maintenance contractors, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget and to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Formal training in civil/ME/EE or facilities management.
• Experience in civil maintenance and facilities management contracts.
• Experience in project management and BIM concepts.
• Knowledge of public sector procurement procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance of buildings and facilities and M&E systems.
• Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce costs.
• Formulate policies, SOPs for technology use and operations procedures.
• Oversee project resources, finances and schedules to deliver facilities meeting requirements.
