Job summary

Singapore Aero Support Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and daily operations of building facilities in Singapore. You will ensure service levels, respond to crises, analyze data for root causes, and coordinate with contractors to maintain critical systems and safety standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in facilities maintenance, knowledge of AutoCAD/Visio, and strong PM, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Facilities Management or equivalent with 3–5 years experience
• Experience in facilities maintenance and critical environments
• Proficient with AutoCAD/Visio and read PDFs
• PM skills and ability to interpret complex project documents

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance and daily operations of the building facilities to ensure uninterrupted function
• Ensure contractor SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded
• Respond to facilities crises including power outages, fire alarms, HVAC outages
• Analyse data to identify trends and determine root causes
• Respond to BMS alerts and standby duty as required
• Assist site construction activities coordinating with external contractors to meet standards
• Maintain compliance with WHS and building codes
• Adhere to SOPs, MOPs, ERP and change control processes
• Plan and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance programs
• Provide technical support for parts replacement and repairs of mechanical & electrical equipment
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers for improvements and spare parts
• Prepare weekly and monthly building reports
• Plan maintenance and operations for IFM contracts
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of facilities
• Prepare budgets and budget controls
• Ensure all processes and compliance programs are met
• Familiarity with CMMS/FMS software for monitoring and audit
