Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Senior Engineer (Civil / M&E) in Singapore to oversee facilities maintenance, M&E systems, and A&A projects. You will coordinate contractors, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering or related field, with experience in BIM and vendor management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and after-hours issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Experience in facilities maintenance, project management or building operations.
• Knowledge of M&E systems and BIM processes.
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance contracts.
• Familiar with cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waterproofing, and building maintenance works.
• Ability to respond to site issues after office hours when required.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage building, facility, and M&E maintenance works.
• Oversee renovation, upgrading, and A&A projects.
• Prepare tender specifications, contracts, and procurement documents.
• Ensure facilities comply with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Manage contractors and service providers to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality of work.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and cost savings.
• Support office fit-out, renovation, and equipment room development projects.
