Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore is seeking a role focused on project management, Addition & Alteration works, and supervision of maintenance for buildings and facilities and their M&E systems. The role requires proposing, implementing, and managing improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, efficiency, and cost control.

You will formulate SOPs, review technical specifications for tenders, and supervise maintenance contractors to meet high performance standards supporting ATC services.

Qualificações

• Experience in civil maintenance and contract management.
• Proven project and facilities management experience with M&E systems.
• Knowledge of BIM concepts and BIM project implementation.
• Familiarity with public sector procurement procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project management, A&A works, and supervision of maintenance.
• Formulate policies, SOPs, and standards for technology use and operations.
• Review tenders and contract terms for goods and services.
• Ensure maintenance compliance with local standards (BCA Green Mark, etc.) and support ATC facilities.
• Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support renovation of offices and equipment rooms from initiation to occupancy.
