Job summary

The CAA Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore seeks a professional to lead project management, A&A works, and the supervision of maintenance for buildings and facilities or its M&E system used in ATC services. You will propose, implement, and manage improvement initiatives to improve system reliability, operational effectiveness, productivity, and reduce cost and resources.

You will formulate policies and SOPs for technology use and operations, review tender specs, and ensure maintenance

Qualifications

Training in Civil Engineering, Project, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management or Building equivalent.
Experience in civil maintenance works and contract management, especially facilities management contracts.
Experience in project management and facilities management with BIM knowledge.
Familiarity with public sector procurement procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage project resources, finance and schedule with internal and external parties.
Oversee A&A works and maintenance of buildings/facilities or M&E systems.
Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with local authorities' standards and guidelines for ATC-related facilities.
