Project Manager (M&E | A&A Projects | 5.5 days)

Company business:

This is a BCA-registered Main Contractor specialising in A&A (Alteration & Addition) works for commercial, institutional, and residential projects, primarily serving public sector clients including JTC Corporation, Singapore Food Agency, DSTA, National Library Board, and PUB

• Plan, coordinate, and control M&E works to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Review drawings and specifications, identify discrepancies, and coordinate shop drawings.
• Schedule and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Liaise with authorities, clients, and subcontractors on submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Conduct M&E coordination meetings and report progress and issues to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support M&E changes and approvals in compliance with local regulations.
• Independent with good communication skills

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in any M&E or Building Services.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
