Job summary

CUTECH QUALITY SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E site supervisor to lead on-site teams, monitor works, and inspect progress per CAG, QP(MEP) and consultants. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to coordinate complex M&E interfaces.

Applicants should have 8+ years in M&E with at least 5 years supervising major construction or utilities projects, plus relevant aviation/aerodrome exposure. Shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' relevant M&E engineering experience, including 5+ years in supervision of major construction or utilities projects.
• M&E engineering degree recognised by PEB Singapore.
• Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry (WSHMCI) and other trainings per Cl. 4.2.
• Conversant with statutory codes/requirements for site supervision, quality control, safety & health, construction administration and progress reporting.
• Good analytical ability with strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Able to keep proper, updated site records.
• Strong supervision & leadership skills, proactive in resolving site issues with good team spirit.
• Relevant experience in the Aviation/Aerodrome sector preferred.
• Able to perform shift work.
• MEP QSS: relevant experience across project M&E/airfield systems.
• Airfield systems (22kV/LV/potable water/NEWater/fire hydrant/gas/IT-combs, airfield lighting, aviation fuel hydrant system).
• Required to inspect/audit local and overseas fabrication yards jointly with CAG, Consultants and QP/QP representatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&E site staff to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP(MEP)/consultants and FUI owners.
• Possess good leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Coordinate MEP interfaces and maintain interface registers/evidence logs to resolve integration issues.
