Job summary

CUTECH QUALITY SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned M&E site supervisor to oversee on-site activities across multiple trades within aviation/aerodrome projects.

You will monitor and inspect works, enforce specifications, safety and quality standards, and maintain detailed site records and progress reports. Role requires an M&E engineering degree recognized by PEB Singapore, along with strong leadership and contract administration skills.

Qualifications

• M&E engineering degree recognised by PEB Singapore, preferably Registered Resident Engineer (IES).
• Proficient in PSSCOC contract administration.
• Work requires strong supervision, leadership and adherence to safety & quality standards.
• Experience in Aviation/Aerodrome sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, supervise and inspect works on site as directed by project leads and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, safety & quality standards.
• Maintain proper site records and submit progress reports.
• Coordinate with main contractors and follow shift/roster work schedules.
• Plan roster/shift duties per contractors' schedules and ensure welfare of personnel.
• Work with QP/D/S to resolve design and technical issues.
• Provide governance for multi-disciplinary integration and lead resolution of interface issues across trades.
